  • Directions
  • Preheat oven to 400F°
  • Toss together bread cubes, oil, salt and pepper until well coated. Transfer to a sheet pan. Bake for 10-15 minutes, until golden brown and crispy. Remove from oven and let cool slightly.
  • Add all ingredients to a large bowl and toss well with dressing.
