  • Directions
  • Add chicken and vegetables to a large zip top bag with dressing. Seal and toss well to coat. Refrigerate for 1 hour.
  • Preheat grill to medium.
  • Thread the chicken and vegetables onto wooden skewers.
  • Grill for 7-9 minutes on each side, until chicken reaches internal temperature of 165F.
  • Optional: serve with more dressing as a dipping sauce + chopped cilantro and a squeeze of lime.
