Directions

Heat a grill to medium. Brush each ear of corn with oil and season with salt and pepper.
Grill for 10 minutes, turning corn occasionally, until lightly charred and tender.
Remove from heat. Drizzle with ranch, top with cotija cheese, chopped cilantro and a sprinkle of smoked paprika (optional).
