Directions
Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Prepare an ice bath.
Blanch the green beans for 3 minutes, until bright green and tender. Do not drain water, but transfer to the ice bath and let cool completely.
Add the potatoes to the boiling water. Reduce heat to low and simmer for 15 minutes, until potatoes are fork tender. Drain and run under cold water to cool.
Assemble salad with all ingredients and toss with caesar before serving.
