  • Directions
  • Heat grill to medium high. Brush steak with oil and season both sides with salt and pepper.
  • Grill for 3-5 minutes per side, until steak reaches desired doneness. Transfer to a plate, cover with aluminum foil and let rest for 10 minutes before diving into 1/2” cubes.
  • Assemble bowls with rice, vegetables, steak, salsa and cheese and drizzle with ranch before serving.
