Thai Steak Salad

Directions
Season both sides of the steak with salt and pepper. Heat a skillet to medium high and add oil. Sear steak for a few minutes on each side, until it reaches desired doneness. Remove from skillet, transfer to a plate and cover with aluminum foil. Let rest for at least 10 minutes, then slice thinly against the grain.
Meanwhile, add all other salad ingredients to a large bowl and toss with dressing. Top with steak.
